"Low rates, and you get what you pay for. We heard a lot of noise from other guests, and we were told no other rooms were available. The bathroom sink didn't drain. We were able to change rooms the next day. Not a good family experience.2020-05-10"
"The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a dirty spoon in the kitchenette, and there was hair on the blankets and pillows. I wasn't satisfied with my hotel stay.2020-04-05"

"After seeing the hotel and room, I asked for a refund and left. Spend a few more dollars to stay someplace safe and secure.2020-03-07"
"Nice hotel. The room was large, and the staff treated us well. We'd definitely stay again and recommend it.2016-07-07"
"The hotel was clean and quiet enough, but there was no daily housekeeping service. Ask for anything you'll need at the front desk. It took 4 days to get a skillet, though I asked for one every day. 2015-10-19"

"We were traveling with a large group, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped. The employees were friendly and helpful, and despite being busy, they kept the breakfast area stocked. We had a pleasant stay and plan to stay at this hotel again.2019-01-02"
"The hotel was simple. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. We asked for a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke and there was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. The floor was dusty, and the counter was sticky. There were strands of hair hanging off the microwave handle, and there was hair in the shower. The shower curtain was a foot too short, so water leaked on the floor. On a positive note, the room had a kitchenette, and the bed was comfortable.2019-09-16"
"The hotel room didn't smell good. No daily housekeeping; I had to go to the front desk every day to return dirty towels and get clean ones. The bathroom and floors were dirty.2019-03-26"
"Good value. The hotel was new, clean, and comfortable. The suite had a kitchenette. The staff answered every question with a smile, even though check-in was busy. The shuttle to the airport was free and timely. Thumbs up.2018-11-28"
"I've never stayed in a nicer hotel with nicer employees. They treated me more like a friend than a guest; the housekeeper actually gave me a hug. I switched from a studio to a 1-bedroom suite, and I was kept informed throughout the process. There was a mall nearby and several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Don't stay anywhere else.2019-01-03"
"Great location to the light rail to the airport. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Not happy about the $15 parking fee, though.2023-08-15"
"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff, and no rowdy patrons.2023-03-06"
"Nice hotel room with a kitchen. Breakfast was free.2022-03-20"
"It would be hard to beat the price and quality of this hotel. Everything was nice and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice having a proper kitchen. Good breakfast variety. We'll stay again.2018-08-22"

"Close to the highway; I could hear noisy cars all night. Not enough linens, so my bed only had sheets. No dishes or cookware in the kitchen. The hallways smelled like marijuana, and people argued and fought in them. Stay at another hotel.2020-09-29"
"I had a horrible stay at this hotel. When I arrived, it took over 30 minutes before an employee let me in the building and gave me a room key. My room and the hallway smelled like marijuana, and the TV didn't work. A maintenance worker fixed the TV quickly, but I continued to smell marijuana. It gave me a headache, so I went to the front desk to request another room, but again had to use the courtesy phone and wait for someone to come help me. The 2nd room wasn't clean, so I asked for housekeeping service while I went out. When I returned, the hallway again smelled strongly of marijuana. I requested a refund, but that was denied, and the hotel clerk refused to recommend another hotel. The manager never contacted me as requested. Don't stay here.2020-08-26"
"The hotel was dusty, and the floors weren't clean. Find a better place to stay.2020-06-27"
Beware of non-refundable reservations that could cost you a lot of money if you change or cancel them. +Non-refundable reservations are a gamble that will usually save you less than $10. If you make a $90 non-refundable reservation instead of a $100 refundable booking, you are betting $90 to win $10. Would you do that in Las Vegas? -
Don't assume you can cancel a non-refundable reservation without penalty if you notify the hotel weeks or even months in advance. +Often you cannot because some hotels' profit strategy is to get paid more than once for the same room for the same night. -
Always read cancellation policies carefully before you make a reservation. + When is the latest date and time you can cancel without penalty? - More >
When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation email. Take a copy with you to the hotel.
The earlier in the afternoon you check into a hotel, the more likely you will get a room or suite that matches your preferences.
