"Our room was OK, but the desk chair was in terrible condition. No alarm clock or pen and paper. No blanket on the bed, just a light cover over the sheets. When we arrived at 6:30 PM, the motel door was locked; a woman came to the night window to help us, but she wasn't friendly. There were signs saying the pool was closed and the only ice machine was broken. The entire place needed some work, and the trash can outside was overflowing.
