"This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. The 1st stay was amazing, but our stay during the Covid-19 situation wasn't. The room had dirty bedding with hair in the sheets. We were given another room. The beds were clean, but the room smelled like smoke, and the sofa was dirty. The floor needed vacuuming. There were ashes by the bedside table.
