"The TV in my room didn't work for most of my 4-day stay. The phone in the room didn't work, either. The hotel elevator didn't work, and my room was on the 2nd floor. The milk at breakfast was bad. On a positive note, the housekeeping was good, and the front desk clerks were nice, understanding, and apologetic. Don't have high expectations if you stay here.2022-08-22"

"The room smelled strange, and there was a black stain on the blanket. We saw a roach, too. I called the front desk; the clerk said they don't have roaches and wanted to come to the room to see it.
