"The hotel was hard to find, and the lobby smelled like rotten eggs.2016-11-05"
"The perfect hotel for going to a Stars game and then flying out of Dallas Love Field. Just 2 blocks from American Airlines Arena, so we walked to the game. The room itself was nice, with a bedroom and sofa bed.2015-04-16"
"The hotel staff was nice but not well-trained.2018-10-31"
"From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome at this hotel. It was a busy weekend, yet all the employees smiled and were pleasant and helpful. An excellent choice, especially if you're attending a function at the AA Center.2017-01-31"
"We had a good stay. The room was clean, and the hotel clerks were attentive and polite. The only downside was that after a night out drinking, we returned and were refused service at the bar.2017-03-29"
"Wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. I loved the fragrance throughout the hotel. Meals at Dragonfly were exceptional. I was impressed and definitely recommend staying here.2016-03-23"
"Nice hotel stay. The room was pleasant and had a city view. All the employees were polite and friendly. Easy check-in and checkout. The only negative was that the bar stopped serving food too early. We returned from a concert at 10 PM, and only nuts were available.2016-04-10"
"Close to attractions. The hotel was clean and nicely furnished, and the employees were polite. The restaurant wasn't open for sit-down dining, but we were served food in the bar that was pretty good.2023-05-19"
"The room was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. Lots of freeway construction right at the hotel entrance.2023-05-03"
"The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice surprise.2019-09-16"
"The hotel was clean and quiet, and within walking distance of the West End. Great view from the room. The front desk clerks were friendly, but the valet staff didn't help us unload the car.2021-03-12"
"I was impressed with the appearance and cleanliness of my hotel room, and having 2 TVs was nice. I didn't hear any noise from other guests. No printed information about local attractions or restaurants, but the staff was helpful with information. You won't be disappointed.2019-03-25"
"The hotel room was right next to the noisy highway, and there was no microwave. The staff socialized in Spanish during breakfast. Not happy about the $35 valet parking fee.2023-11-24"
"The hotel was centrally located and close to Dallas Love Airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Consider staying here.2019-09-23"
"Just a block from the Majestic Theater, but my stay was a nightmare. I got a text from the hotel asking for a selfie and why I was in Dallas. It was a maze getting to my floor. The room was a pretentious little box with a herringbone floor but nothing to welcome guests. The phone key didn't work, so security had to let me in the room. No room service; I was told I'd have to go to the lobby or the 48th floor to get a pizza. I was told the floors for guests were secure, but that wasn't the case. The ceiling fan was attached to a bright censor light, and it stopped working after a half hour. The toilet paper was cheap. Check-in was virtual, and no information was provided. Do not stay here.2022-05-06"
"The hotel was quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and historic buildings downtown. It was fairly close to DFW Airport and train stations. Breakfast was provided, and free drinks and snacks were available. I highly recommend staying here.2022-03-17"
