"The hotel was expensive and not worth the price. The headboard was dirty, and the next day the housekeeper didn't clean it. When I complained about it, the assistant manager was condescending. The coffee maker in my room didn't work; I called the front desk, and someone came and fixed it. However, it didn't work the next morning, and it was never replaced.
