"The hotel was in the midst of a major renovation during my stay. The place was torn up and there was some noise. Great room, though, and breakfast was excellent. The pool was closed, though we were offered vouchers for a nearby fitness center. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again once renovations are complete.2017-07-31"

There were high weeds outside of the entire building, and there were cigarette butts and beer cans around the entrances. When I returned later from dinner, I found two people drinking and smoking at the entrance steps. There was a man inside who appeared to be so high that he could barely speak.
