"The hotel looked nice. The staff was friendly, but I was traveling with my elderly father, and we were given a room far from the lobby. The check-in clerks didn't tell us that there was another entrance near our room, even though they saw my father walking with difficulty. I slept on the sofa bed; the mattress cover wasn't clean, and there wasn't enough bedding. I had to go to the front desk to get some. We left early in the morning, and another guest came out and shouted at us to be quiet. I wouldn't stay here again.2019-07-01"
