The first thing I smelled when I entered the side door was cigarette smoke. Paper and tape were sticking out of the door next to our room. A board blocked the room entrance. We were upgraded to a suite for the 1st night, which was nice. The hotel clerk was absolutely the best part of our stay. She was kind when I was tired and not at all happy.
