When I returned home, the clerk called and asked me to stop calling the office. There was a coffee maker, but no cups. No phone directory or menus in the room. "This hotel was wonderful. The room and amenities were lovely. I was able to change rooms because of loud children and a dog in the next room. The TV in the 2nd room was constantly buffering, and we got the runaround every time we called the front desk about it.
