The staff was cordial, helpful, and efficient. The $100 deposit hold on my credit card was removed 2 days later. "Great hotel stay. The hotel was convenient to everything on Grand Blvd., and there were shops and restaurants nearby. Good room with a comfortable bed, and the kitchen area came in handy. The staff was cordial and professional. Really good breakfast with friendly attendants. Be aware that as you're coming in, the main entrance on Baytown Wharf gets backed up due to its proximity to the Sand Destin Resort gate since it is a roundabout.
