We waited 45 minutes for the problem to be fixed, and by that time were soaked with sweat. The AC was only fixed in one of our rooms. The front desk clerk was rude, and though we'd asked for a room over the pool with a view of the fireworks, we were given rooms far from the pool. The vending machines were out of order.
