The door from the parking level to the hotel wasn't locked, and there was no security. On the bright side, the room looked and felt clean, and the staff was super nice. The valet staff and front desk clerks were helpful. Great bistro cafe with healthy sandwiches and great cocktails. Easy valet parking. Ralph's supermarket across the street and stores nearby.
