"This was one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. The hotel was run-down and smelled bad, and the front desk clerks were useless. I waited 3 hours for towels and toilet paper; finally someone brought one roll of toilet paper, but then said she was off work and I'd have to call again for towels.
