"A terrible experience. The bed was so close to the wall that we had to walk sideways to get to it. Our room had a kitchen, but there were no dishes, cookware, or silverware. There wasn't even a coffee maker. No ice bucket, and no daily housekeeping service. We weren't informed that there was no free breakfast because of Covid.
