"I was expecting a high-end hotel, and I was extremely disappointed by this outdated place. The carpet in the room was badly stained and needed vacuuming, and there were candy wrappers on the floor. The security lock on the door didn't work. When I complained, the front desk clerk moved us to another room, but the heater didn't work and it was only 28 degrees out. Maintenance fixed it, but I was upset about all the issues. We had to pay for parking despite being notified that the property wasn't responsible for our vehicle or anything in it.
