Room was quiet - mattress was filthy - I was only able to get one extra pillow - bathroom wasn't clean - shower curtain stuck to me, and water went on the floor - no housekeeping service; had to exchange towels myself, and sometimes no clean towels were available - not a satisfactory stay - Oct 2008

Room had a kitchenette - didn't get daily housekeeping service, and our garbage piled up - no shampoo or lotion provided - enjoyed our stay - Feb 2008
