Hotel was clean and well-appointed - air conditioner broke down, and opening the windows wasn't an option because of freeway noise - we weren't reimbursed for the inconvenience - continental breakfast was supposed to be served from 6-10 AM, but was nearly gone by 9:15 AM - Aug 2007
