Great hotel - room was a nice size, had comfortable beds - looked like there'd been a leak from above that wasn't cleaned fast enough, and it smelled like mold - enjoyed the indoor pool - breakfast needed improvement - Sep 2007

Good location - room was quiet - poor housekeeping on Christmas - used packets of creamer and sugar were still in room when we arrived - returned from breakfast to find that room hadn't been cleaned, and dirty towels were left in bag on doorknob - had to go to front desk for toilet paper - Dec 2006
Convenient to downtown Seattle - nice hotel - room needed fridge and microwave - awesome customer service - enjoyed the restaurant and lounge - breakfast was filling and well-prepared - too smoky by hot tub - Sep 2006

Expected room to be cleaner based on hotel's entrance, but its layout was nice and adequate - had trash on the floor - liked the kitchen area - bed linens didn't seem like they'd been freshly washed - bathroom lighting was dim - didn't have any washcloths, face towels, or shampoo - evening staff was professional and friendly - Aug 2007
