Near Verizon Center - lots of construction underway - all the employees were friendly and helpful - we had to wait 25 minutes for the valet to bring our car in the morning - great hotel - Feb 2011
Beds and pillows were awful - had to ask for fresh towels 2 days in a row - I walked down 9 flights of stairs due to a false fire alarm, and 15 minutes later the alarm went off again - terrible hotel experience - Mar 2010
Close to the Metro station, art museum, and spy museum; lots of restaurants nearby - room was comfortable and clean - decor was dated - I was able to leave my luggage and car at the hotel after checkout time - good hotel - Dec 2009
Convenient to the Metro, subway, and downtown attractions - staff was courteous and helpful - no sign directing guests to valet parking area - May 2009
