Close to the Pentagon, airport, shops, and restaurants - AC didn't adequately cool the room - there was mold around the bathtub; caulk and grout needed to be replaced - lobby was too warm - Jul 2008
Good location - clean and well-kept - room was up-to-date and decently decorated - the bathroom was out of the 60s, and the sink only came up to my knees - room service was too pricey - welcoming lobby - Mar 2008

AC in room dripped, and the carpet was soaked - maintenance man was sent to fix the problem, but I asked to be moved - phone in 2nd room didn't work; maintenance man tried an entire box of phones before finding one that worked, and it had no labels for calling for hotel services - room service food was horrible and expensive - when I left, I had to search for valet with my car keys - a terrible experience - Aug 2007
