  Had to call the front desk multiple times to get our room phone turned on - no hot water for showers, and clerk talked to me like I was stupid when I called about the problem - front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and never apologised for the inconveniences - awful hotel, we'd never go back - Jun 2008
