Convenient location - requested a non-smoking room but got a smoking one - needed better upkeep - bedspread, linens, and blankets weren't clean, but were changed after calling the front desk - carpet near bathroom was completely worn away with exposed wood and nails - phone wasn't working and had to be replaced - freezer was dirty - shower didn't have a light - toilet wasn't mounted securely to the floor and didn't flush the last night of my stay, so I had to pack and move to another room - I finally got a box of facial tissues my last night - maintenance needed to be more accessible for emergencies - I was frustrated - Jul 2007
Room was small, but clean and inviting - bathroom was clean and included a convenient vanity area - front desk personnel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating - pleasantly surprised - Jul 2007
