Room and hallway had an unpleasant smell - needed better soundproofing - beds were comfortable - no screens on the windows, and the locks were flimsy - carpet in the 1st room was soaked by the bathroom and smelled horrible - there was a walker in the shower - I found a hair on a towel - check-in clerk wasn't friendly, but accommodated my request for a room change - good food - Jun 2011
