Many access problems - despite our confirmed reservation and checking in beforehand, desk staff reassigned our room to other guests while we were out - staff checked us back into a tolerable room only after we produced proof of a valid reservation; they then refused to provide a receipt upon checkout - poor customer service - horrible experience, avoid this place - Feb 2006
