Room was clean - staff was friendly and welcoming - Aug 2008
Building was old and needed renovation - room was clean but cramped, and needed better soundproofing - I could see hallway light through gaps around the door - not much water pressure in the shower, and the water was always too hot or too cold - hair dryer worked well - adequate service - elevator was out of order, and no one offered to help with our luggage - Mar 2008
Room was clean and comfortable, had great beds and linens - liked the toiletries - Sep 2007

Room was dirty, and the front desk clerk was rude when I complained - she offered to move me to another room, but it was even dirtier than the first room - eventually she came and cleaned the bathroom, but it didn't look much different when she was done - when I checked out, she didn't even speak to me - an uncomfortable stay - May 2009
