Located on the highway, but far from the zoo and cultural district - extensive road work made it hard to reach hotel - nice, updated room - pool was still closed for the winter - Apr 2008
Not enough towels provided - check-in clerk wasn't friendly - I left my cell phone in room, and staff kept it for me until I was able to pick it up - Sep 2007
Didn't feel comfortable with the location - AC wasn't turned on until we arrived, and room was about 90 degrees - door lock was tweaked - half the lights didn't work - we called ahead to let check-in clerk know we'd be arriving late, but there were no lights on in lobby when we got there - had to ring door bell to get someone - bad experience - Aug 2007

Quiet, restful hotel - room was spacious and comfortable - mirrored closet door was a nice touch - rubber bathtub mat seemed dirty - foyer was attractive and had a fountain - the common sitting area with a TV was pleasant - restaurant's dinner service was lacking, but breakfast was much better - Oct 2007
