  Convenient to downtown - not enough hot water - bathroom was never cleaned, and housekeeper forgot to close my room door - front desk clerk wasn't cordial - breakfast area wasn't appealing - Nov 2008

  Just off the interstate, but seemed secluded - needed renovation - two lamps were missing lightbulbs - there was a roach in the bathroom - May 2008

  Not convenient to shopping or dining - room had coffee maker, but no cups or coffee - TV remote was missing - employees were distant - continental breakfast was just apples, oranges, and bagels - an unfortunate choice, wouldn't stay again - May 2007

  We arrived 2 hours after checkout time, but room wasn't ready - no fridge or microwave, no coffee provided - beds were comfortable - TV didn't work properly - only 2 towels and no washcloths provided - front desk staff tried to be helpful, but they were understaffed and couldn't accommodate our needs - manager wasn't compassionate about the situation - compensation of a free night in the future was offered when my daughter was stuck in elevator during control room fire - breakfast needed improvement - awful hotel - May 2007
