Room smelled like sewage, and we weren't even offered a room change when we complained - carpet was sticky and wet - no towels or blankets in the room; we had to get them ourselves - our room wasn't cleaned the 2nd day; I complained, but again, staff did nothing - teenagers were openly drinking alcohol and pulled the fire alarm - we didn't feel safe - don't recommend - Jan 2010
