Nice, new hotel - seemed short-staffed, and the employees weren't friendly - breakfast bar needed improvement - a pleasant stay - Jul 2008
Plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining in the area - staff was courteous, check-in was a breeze - no towels in pool area, but we asked for them at front desk and were given some - great stay - Jan 2008
Good location - room had wet floor and air blower going - furniture was upside down - horribly uncomfortable bed - no sugar or cream for coffee - called front desk, and was told it would be a while before room was fixed because they were busy - May 2007
