Room needed better soundproofing - sofa bed was dirty and in terrible condition - staff stood around talking instead of assisting guests - front entrance was usually blocked by vehicles, leaving nowhere for guests to load and unload their vehicles - one employee asked us to move while we were still unloading; when I tried to talk to the manager about it, he told me he was busy helping another guest - had to pay for parking - wouldn't stay again - Jun 2010
