  Close to everything - employees were friendly - pool was too warm, so it wasn't refreshing - continental breakfast left much to be desired - elevator was slow - good hotel; I'd stay again - Jun 2011

  Hotel had signs boasting a "million dollar renovation," yet our room had a hole in the ceiling over the hot tub - we were given the wrong room at check-in; front desk clerks didn't apologize for the mix-up - toilet ran throughout the night - we were disappointed - Oct 2008

  Close to stores - room wasn't cleaned until after 4 PM; we had to leave the room while the housekeeper was there - bathtub needed a plug - employees were nice and quick to help out - Jul 2008
