  Room was clean and quiet - beds and chairs were comfortable - no ashtray in our smoking room; staff couldn't find one, so they gave us a soap dish - Do Not Disturb sign was placed in an odd spot, so we didn't realize we had one; we were inconvenienced by the housekeeper each morning - Jul 2011
