Bottom bedsheet was too small for the bed, and was a tangled mess after coming untucked - front door was locked when I arrived, and no one was at the front desk; when I called the hotel, no one answered the phone - I had to wait several minutes for someone to unlock the door and check me in - restaurant was never open - I was less than satisfied - Aug 2010
