All the employees I encountered, especially the front desk clerks, were courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was suitable for me, but a variety of fresh fruit would've been nice. The elevator kept stopping, but maintenance was working on it before daylight. We had a handicap room on the 2nd floor, and the staff carried our luggage to the car without being asked.
