"The carpet in the room and hallway was in bad shape, and the desk chair was in poor condition. The fridge froze everything. There were ants in the bathroom sink; I had to call maintenance twice about it. No hot water in the morning, and the bathtub drained slowly. While my wife was using the pool, the pool person came out and ran a loud gas machine. The breakfast attendant wasn't that polite.
