"Our 1st room was shabby and had the noisiest AC I've ever heard; it was like sleeping in an airport hangar. The hotel staff apologized and promised us an upgrade to a suite for our 2nd visit. However, our 2nd room was much like the 1st. No breakfast, and the restaurant was closed. Sandwiches were available from the fridge in the reception area, but they were expensive and disgusting.
