Hotel Guides Verified ReviewsWe had 3 rooms - needed better soundproofing - suite was close to the noisy elevator - AC didn't cool the area of the room where the bed was located - not enough towels and washcloths provided - fire alarm went off, and staff didn't check on guests - housekeeper didn't vacuum until I left a note and notified the front desk - had to go to the front desk and ask for pool towels - a disappointing stay - Jul 2011 |
