  Convenient to State College - remodeling underway, but it wasn't a problem - room door stuck a bit - attached Perkins restaurant was reasonably priced and had good food - Oct 2009

  1st room smelled like smoke, and the AC didn't work well - we moved to another room - pillows were lumpy - Aug 2009
