We were put in a renovated room in the oldest section of the motel - toilet didn't flush - cold water in the sink was just a trickle - no curtain on the bathroom window - we complained and were moved to the newer section of the motel - floor was dusty, so we vacuumed ourselves - there was hair in the bed - Jul 2009
Room was clean - thermostat was decorative and didn't work - friendly check-in clerks - Oct 2008
Close to Hershey Park - no hot water for showers - staff wasn't helpful with finding item we left behind - a disappointing stay - Sep 2008
