Hotel was under construction - no wireless Internet - housekeeping didn't clean the room our 2nd day - had to have the key card reprogrammed every time I left the room - hallways were dirty and cluttered with paint cans and other hazards - except for the check-in clerk, staff was aloof and unfriendly - ice machine didn't work - a bad experience - May 2008
Liked being on the water, but hotel was extremely dirty - phone didn't work - front desk clerk didn't tell me where my room was outside or know about entertainment in the area - poor stay - Sep 2007

Convenient location - room needed proper cleaning and was infested with spiders; I spent half an hour killing them and their nests - bathroom had hair all over floor and in the bathtub, and there was a dirty towel hanging on the door - check-in process was horrible - disgusting - Aug 2007
