One room wasn't clean, and the phone didn't work - another room had a non-working phone and mold in the bathroom - staff wasn't courteous about my request for a room change - long wait to get bedding for the sofa bed - we woke up with bedbug bites - fridge was filthy - curtain pulls broke the minute I touched them - housekeeping didn't clean our room the 2nd day; we had to hunt down fresh towels - breakfast buffet was a disappointment, and started late - we left early - Nov 2011
