Close to Warner Theater - no ashtray in our smoking room - heater worked well - no plastic cups or soap in the bathroom - just a place to sleep - Dec 2011
Room smelled musty and needed better soundproofing - light switch at room entry didn't work; I had to manually turn on the lights, and one lamp didn't work at all - TV didn't work; employee came to the room promptly to check on the problem, but left the door partly open when he left - a young man came to the door asking for another guest, then banged on the door of the room next to ours and screamed at the girl inside; front desk staff responded to our call and resolved the problem - there were missing tiles on the bathroom wall - this place was a disgrace - Jun 2011
