Clean, quiet, and comfortable - front desk staff wasn't friendly - Jun 2007
Room was dark and drab, had uncomfortable straight-back chairs - after getting car from underground parking lot, I had to park car and return garage remote control to front desk - due to traffic jam, I parked near fountain; when I did, two uniformed men darted out of condo next door and yelled at me, saying I couldn't park there but offering no alternative - I ran remote into office, and returned to find the men writing a ticket, and they subjected me to more verbal abuse - I felt that I was the victim of long-standing, unresolved parking dispute - won't stay again - Aug 2007
