A bit far from the center of town - one of our rooms wasn't ready at check-in time, so we were moved - AC didn't work without some hits and kicks - no elevator, and we were on the 4th floor - not satisfied - Jul 2008
Room wasn't that clean, but had a nice fireplace - pool was too cold, but hot tub was nice - no elevator to access top floors - parking was inconvenient - wouldn't stay again - Oct 2007

Peephole in the door was too high - staff was courteous and helpful - I got a ground-floor room as requested - the phone was far from the bed - appreciated the handrail in the bathtub - a pleasant stay - Jul 2011
