Convenient to all activities - lots of development and ongoing construction nearby woke us up at 7 AM each morning - hotel was busy and starting to look a bit tired - room had free Internet access - enjoyed the waterfront views from room and restaurant - lobby was only accessible from underground parking lot - parking needed improvement, each spot was marked for 3 cars but only fit 2 - old signage was still up and made it confusing - Aug 2007
