Centrally located in an upscale neighborhood; plenty of restaurants nearby - rates were more than reasonable - exterior wasn't that appealing - room was pleasant and clean - had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and information about services - had a shower, but no bathtub - lobby was extremely small - nice staff - I was able to check in early - May 2011

Room was filthy and smelly - there were spiderwebs in the windows - there was hair in both beds - mirrors were dirty - game room had just 3 arcade games - don't recommend - Jul 2010
Room smelled like smoke - bedsheets came off the mattress at night - pillows were flat; we asked for extra pillows, but finally had to go to the front desk to get some - not enough towels provided - no security to deal with noisy guests late at night - Jul 2010

Room wasn't too small - beds were comfortable - kids weren't allowed to use the guest computer without a parent there - pool was nothing to write home about - not much for kids to do - continental breakfast was just plain bagels, but liked the Starbucks coffee - Mar 2008
Good value - room was attractive - heard a lot of hallway noise and doors slamming, so we kept the fan on - bed wasn't comfortable - nice lobby with great coffee - limited breakfast choices - nice experience overall - Oct 2007
