No elevator, and the staircase was steep; we were able to move to a room on the ground floor - there was old food in the microwave - no tissue provided - room wasn't cleaned our 2nd day, even though we were out most of the day; I had to ask for clean towels - breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30, but it was cleared at 9 AM - terrible experience - Apr 2011
