No linens provided for the sofa bed - no tissue paper or shampoo provided, and they weren't available at the front desk - no phone book or guest information in the room - no housekeeping on weekends; we had to make our own beds and take our garbage to the front desk - staff was friendly and helpful - breakfast food ran out early - May 2008

We had a problem with AC, and it was fixed before we returned in the evening - housekeepers were kind and helpful - staff helped me with my bags, and later called to make sure I was comfortable - great breakfast, and restaurant employees were exceptional - a pleasant stay, highly recommend - May 2007
Hotel was renovating - bed was unbelievably comfortable - delightful room service and food was 2 thumbs up - Starbucks coffee at the bar - wonderful getaway, we'll definitely return - Mar 2007
