  Got room in back instead of handicap room - beds and pillows weren't comfortable - TV remote control didn't work; I asked for a replacement, but got another one that didn't work - toilet didn't flush properly - check-in clerk ignored me for 8 minutes - only 2 bagels left at continental breakfast at 8 AM; dining area was closed and lights were turned off - Jan 2008
